See, Serve, Solve:
Finding Connection in a Disconnected World
Too many leaders feel stuck—overwhelmed by demands, unsure how to connect with their teams, and unclear on how to lead lasting change. The issue isn’t effort. It’s clarity and alignment.
That’s why I created a leadership framework grounded in what I’ve learned over decades of service—from leading soldiers in combat to serving constituents on city council to coaching individuals today.
This framework equips leaders to slow down, truly see the deeper challenges, serve with humility and purpose, and solve problems in a way that brings others with them.
Audiences walk away with practical tools to build trust, inspire action, and unlock impact—in their culture, their teams, and themselves.

Meet Chris
Chris Herndon is a leadership coach, keynote speaker, West Point graduate, and 12-year public servant who believes leadership isn’t about titles—it’s about service, presence, and owning your impact.
He’s led in combat zones, city halls, and boardrooms—and through it all, he’s seen how disconnected teams, fear of failure, and unclear expectations can stall even the most well-meaning leaders. That’s why he founded Herndon Leadership Institute and developed a practical framework to help leaders see what’s really going on, serve with intention, and solve for lasting change.
Today, Chris partners with organizations across the country to build trust, grow resilience, and help teams lead through uncertainty with courage and clarity.
Outside of work, Chris is a self-proclaimed pickleball addict—just ask anyone who’s tried to schedule a meeting during court time. For him, it's a reminder that competition can be fun, strategy matters, and sometimes the best leadership lessons come with a paddle in hand.
